Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to own and build the Customer Onboarding & Success function for Spyne’s next-gen CRM + Conversational AI suite — a strategic product poised to outpace our core offering.

You'll begin as a hands-on IC (Individual Contributor), managing high-impact programs and onboarding journeys, and will later build your own team as the function scales.

👉 And most importantly, post achieving the PMF journey, lead the Customer Success charter for the product

Key Responsibilities

🚀 Program Ownership & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for Spyne’s first 30 strategic customers in the U.S. market.
  • Lead the charge in delivering $1M+ in quarterly revenue by ensuring timely onboarding and activation.
  • Build and manage complex onboarding journeys for mid-to-large automotive dealers.

🧩 Strategy, Process & Automation

  • Define scalable onboarding frameworks and build SOPs for repeatable execution.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, and GTM teams to integrate onboarding workflows into the platform.
  • Drive automation-first delivery models, enabling onboarding of 100+ dealers/month post-PMF.

📈 Insights, Feedback & Product Alignment

  • Run continuous feedback loops between customers and the product team.
  • Provide structured insights from onboarding experiences to influence roadmap and feature prioritization.

👥 Path to Team Building

  • After building foundational processes, prepare for a transition into a People Manager role with clear hiring plans.
  • Define roles, structure, and metrics for a future Customer Onboarding & Success team.


What Will Make You Successful?

  • 4 - 6 years in Strategy, Customer Success, or Program Management roles in B2B SaaS or AI-led startups
  • Proven record of working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Past experience in building scalable, process-led functions from scratch
  • Ability to translate customer problems into product-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, automation tools, and AI-led engagement tools
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated maturity to start as an IC with the capability to build and lead a team
  • Willingness to work US hours (6 PM to 3 AM IST) onsite in Gurgaon
