JOB DESCRIPTION
Spyne is building the world’s first AI-powered Automotive Retail Suite — helping dealerships across the globe market, sell, and service cars faster through Conversational AI, imaging automation, and dealer intelligence. We’re expanding across the U.S. and looking for a high-energy Customer Success Manager to own relationships with our dealership partners, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business impact.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the entire customer lifecycle — onboarding, adoption, renewals, and growth — ensuring dealers realize full ROI from Spyne products.
Act as the primary point of contact for the U.S.-based customers, building deep trust and long-term partnerships.
Track and drive product adoption metrics, NPS, and health scores; proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to align on customer outcomes and feedback loops.
Lead business reviews and present actionable insights to dealership leadership teams.
Champion customer advocacy, identifying case studies and references for marketing and community programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- Customer Ownership Mindset – ability to own end-to-end customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and growth.
- US Client Communication Experience – strong verbal and written communication with U.S.-based customers.
- SaaS or Tech Platform Experience – minimum 3 years in customer-facing roles in SaaS or technology environments.
- Analytical & Data-Oriented – able to interpret adoption metrics, NPS, and customer health scores.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – proven track record working with Sales, Product, and Ops.
- Execution Agility – thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
Good to Have
- Automotive retail or CRM/DMS systems experience (CDK, VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket).
- Exposure to AI / conversational AI / automation products.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk, or similar CS platforms.
- Data visualization or reporting skills (Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau).
- Comfortable with light travel and dealership interactions.
- Understanding of US automotive retail workflows (BDC, sales desk, service operations).
Can Skip (Not Critical for Evaluation)
- Deep technical expertise in AI or ML algorithms.
- Prior coding or product management experience.
- Automotive field sales or mechanical background.
- Experience limited to India/APAC markets (acceptable if communication and ownership are strong).
