The Opportunity
We are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own and grow strategic dealership and dealer-group relationships across the United States.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, drive product adoption across large accounts, influence retention and expansion outcomes, and ensure customers achieve measurable business results through Spyne's AI platform.
This role is based in Dallas, Texas and operates remotely, with regular travel required across the U.S. to meet customers, conduct business reviews, support strategic initiatives, and strengthen executive relationships.

What You'll Own
Strategic Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of strategic dealership and enterprise automotive accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Develop account success plans aligned with customer business objectives.
Customer Adoption & Value Realization
- Drive onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term product utilization.
- Identify barriers to adoption and proactively execute success plans.
- Ensure customers realize measurable ROI from Spyne's platform.
Retention & Expansion
- Own customer health, retention, and renewal outcomes.
- Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities across existing accounts.
- Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives through strong customer advocacy and value demonstration.
Executive Business Reviews
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning sessions.
- Present insights, usage trends, ROI metrics, and recommendations to dealership leadership teams.
- Influence executive stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
Voice of the Customer
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales to shape roadmap priorities and improve customer experience.
- Surface actionable feedback that drives product innovation.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Strategic Accounts, or Client Services within SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven experience managing U.S.-based customers and executive stakeholders.
- Strong customer lifecycle ownership experience, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven approach to customer management and business reviews.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments with ambiguity.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the United States.
Preferred
- Experience working with enterprise or mid-market accounts.
- Automotive retail technology experience.
- Familiarity with dealership ecosystems, CRM platforms, DMS platforms, or retail operations.
- Experience with AI, automation, SaaS, or digital transformation products.
- Knowledge of platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, Looker, or Tableau.
