What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineer / Researcher with expertise in AI, ML, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning to join our Product & Technology Research Team. You will develop and deploy state-of-the-art AI models that transform millions of e-commerce, automotive, food, and real estate raw images into high-quality, processed visuals.
As part of our research-driven AI team, you will not only develop core models but also deploy them on cloud infrastructure to power intelligent automation. Your work will directly impact millions of businesses by enabling them to create high-quality images and videos at scale.
📍 Location: Gurugram (Work from Office, 5 days a week)
🖥 Role: Full-time, Computer Vision Engineer / Researcher (1-3 years experience)

What Will You Do?
  • Stay Updated with Cutting-Edge Research – Read, analyze, and experiment with the latest Computer Vision and AI research papers.
  • Innovate & Solve Real-World Problems – Identify novel AI-driven solutions to business challenges by combining information from multiple sources.
  • Work on GAN Architectures – Design, train, and optimize GAN-based models for image enhancement and transformation.
  • Develop & Maintain AI Models – Train, fine-tune, and deploy deep learning models for image processing, segmentation, classification, and enhancement.
  • Build Scalable AI Pipelines – Work with data engineering teams to ensure proper data pipelines for constant model updates and improvements.
  • Democratize AI Capabilities – Develop AI tools that allow internal and external teams to leverage AI-driven innovations for customer success.
  • Optimize Model Performance – Ensure that models are scalable, fast, and have near-zero downtime by working with infrastructure engineering teams.
  • Lead & Mentor – Guide and collaborate with junior AI engineers/researchers to accelerate team productivity and research advancements.

What You Must Have?
🔹 Education & Experience
  • BTech / MTech in Computer Science, AI, or related field (Tier-1/Tier-2 universities preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in Computer Vision, AI, and Image Processing.
🔹 Technical Expertise
  • Experience with GANs – Hands-on experience working with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) for image synthesis, inpainting, and enhancement.
  • Proficiency in Deep Learning – Strong expertise in TensorFlow / PyTorch for training and deploying AI models.
  • Strong Image Processing Skills – Experience with OpenCV, PIL, and other Python-based image processing libraries.
  • Programming & Debugging – Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or C#, with experience in debugging and optimizing model performance.
  • Cloud & Deployment Experience – Hands-on experience in deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Research Mindset & Innovation – Ability to critically analyze research papers and apply findings to real-world applications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a research-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and product managers.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI models in simple terms.
