What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who is passionate about debugging, automation, and delivering world-class support experiences. This role requires a blend of engineering fundamentals, scripting ability, customer empathy, and a love for solving real-world problems.
As part of the Product Support / Engineering Support team, you’ll work at the intersection of support, operations, and engineering to drive issue resolution, build internal tooling, and reduce manual workflows.
📍 Location: Gurugram (On-site)
🖥 Role: Full-time, Technical Support Engineer (2–5 years experience)

What Will You Do?
🔧 Own and resolve customer escalations with urgency, empathy, and clarity
🛠 Debug code, logs, APIs, and systems to identify and fix issues
⚙️ Build internal tools (dashboards, bots, utilities) to support tech and ops
📜 Script workflows and automation using Python, Node.js, or Shell
🗃 Write and run queries on MongoDB, MySQL, or similar databases
🤝 Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
📓 Document issues, fixes, and troubleshooting steps into support playbooks
🤖 Reduce manual interventions via process automation

What You Must Have?
🔹 Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in a technical support, scripting, or operations engineering role
🔹 Technical Expertise
  • Strong understanding of at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Hands-on scripting experience using Node.js, Python, or Bash
  • Familiarity with AWS services and basic cloud troubleshooting
  • Experience with basic web technologies (HTML/CSS, React, or backend scripting)
  • Ability to write and debug SQL/MongoDB queries
  • Familiarity with APIs, Postman, and log monitoring tools like Grafana
  • Experience using support platforms like Zendesk, Jira, or Freshdesk
🔹 Problem-Solving & Collaboration
  • Clear communicator with the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical teams
  • Cool-headed under pressure, especially during urgent escalations
  • Proactive problem-solver with a “build-to-improve” mindset
  • Passion for automating redundant tasks and optimizing support workflows
🔹 Nice to Have
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier, n8n, or Make
  • Exposure to internal support tooling, monitoring, and alerting systems
  • Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
