What are we looking for?
We’re searching for a Quality Assurance Engineer (QA Engineer) who lives and breathes quality. You’ll design robust manual & automated test suites that guarantee our AI-powered products work flawlessly across web, mobile, and API layers. If you love breaking things before customers do and guiding teams to ship bug-free, lightning-fast software—we want to meet you! 🚀
📍 Location: Gurugram (Work from Office, 5 days a week)
🖥 Role: Full-time, Quality Assurance Engineer (2-4 years’ experience)
What will you do?
Design & Own Test Strategy – Craft end-to-end test plans covering functional, regression, performance, security, and usability scenarios across web & mobile.
Build Automated Test Suites – Develop scalable UI/API/mobile automation frameworks (Selenium / Playwright / Appium, etc.) integrated into CI/CD.
Execute Manual Exploratory Testing – Proactively hunt for edge-case defects and validate new features against acceptance criteria.
API & Data Validation – Verify REST/GraphQL endpoints with Postman / JMeter, including schema, payload, and performance checks.
Shift-Left Quality – Participate in grooming & design reviews, adding testability requirements early in the SDLC.
Track & Triage Defects – Log clear, reproducible issues; collaborate with developers to isolate root causes and drive fast resolution.
Monitor in-Production Quality – Set up smoke tests, synthetic monitors, and dashboards to catch issues before customers do.
Mentor & Champion Best Practices – Share QA insights, conduct walkthroughs, and elevate the overall quality mindset across squads.
Continuously Improve – Analyse metrics, automate repetitive tasks, and recommend tools/tech to boost coverage & speed.
What you must have?
🔹 Education & Experience
- BTech/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years hands-on QA experience covering both manual and automation testing.
🔹 Technical Expertise
- Automation Frameworks – Strong command of Selenium/WebDriverIO, Playwright or Cypress for web; Appium for mobile.
- Programming/Scripting – Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for writing robust test scripts & utilities.
- API Testing Tools – Postman, Rest-Assured, JMeter (performance); familiarity with contract-testing a plus.
- CI/CD & DevOps – Experience integrating tests into GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar; basic Docker/K8s know-how to spin test environments.
- Databases & Logs – Ability to query SQL/NoSQL stores and parse logs to validate data integrity & diagnose issues.
- Cross-Browser & Responsive Testing – Hands-on with BrowserStack, Percy, or Applitools for visual and responsive checks.
- Version Control – Git mastery with collaborative workflows (PR reviews, branching strategies).

- Proven bug-hunting instincts and root-cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication—able to translate technical findings into business impact.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams; comfortable pairing with devs, PMs, and designers.
- Mentoring mindset to uplift junior testers and instil quality standards across teams.
