What are we looking for?
We're hiring an Associate Product Manager to support the development of AI-first applications for automotive dealers and buyers. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their PM career who wants to learn fast, own problems end-to-end, and build real product instincts inside a high-growth, AI-native company. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, and GTM teams, supporting the delivery of features that power Spyne's growth journey from $5M to $20M+ ARR.
What will you do?
- Product Execution – Break down the product roadmap into clear, well-scoped requirements (PRDs, user stories) that engineering and design can act on.
- Feature Ownership – Own specific features or modules end-to-end—from requirement gathering to launch and post-launch tracking.
- User Research – Talk to dealers, sales, and support teams to understand pain points and translate them into actionable product insights.
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Work daily with Engineering, Design, and QA to keep sprints moving and unblock delivery.
- Data & Metrics – Track feature performance and usage metrics (adoption, engagement, drop-offs) and turn data into clear recommendations.
- QA & Release Support – Test features before release, catch edge cases, and ensure quality bars are met.
- GTM Support – Assist in beta rollouts, collect user feedback, and coordinate with Sales/CS on early adoption.
- Documentation – Maintain clean product documentation, changelogs, and process artifacts on tools like Jira and Confluence.
What you must have?
- 1.5–3 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, AI/ML-driven, or B2B products.
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with data to inform decisions.
- Basic understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, or Computer Vision concepts (prior hands-on exposure is a plus, not mandatory).
- Working knowledge of tools like Jira, Figma, and basic SQL/analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication—able to write clear PRDs and explain product decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR.
