About the Role
We are not looking for a typical intern. We are looking for a future Partner Account Manager - someone who wants to learn the full GTM cycle from the ground up and earn the right to own real revenue, fast.
Our Partnerships function is one of Spyne’s fastest-growing engines, already running a multi-million-dollar book of business and scaling quickly. You will join a lean, high-ownership team and train across the entire partner motion - sales, account management, and analytics - under direct mentorship from the Partnerships leadership.
This is a 6-month Management Trainee program built to convert. Perform, and you walk out owning your own partner portfolio as a full-time Partner Account Manager - with a strong PPO to match.
What You’ll Do
Onboard & Activate Partners
• Take new partners live - setup, training, and first-value in record time
• Be the day-one point of contact that makes partners trust Spyne
Own & Grow Partner Accounts
• Run a portfolio of partner accounts day to day - adoption, health, and retention
• Drive expansion: spot upsell/cross-sell white space and grow accounts (GRR / NRR)
• Build account plans with clear success metrics and measurable ROI
Support Partners (First-Line Help)
• Be a first point of contact for partners’ day-to-day questions and requests
• Triage issues and loop in the right internal teams - then follow through to closure
• Keep partners updated so nothing slips through the cracks (light support, not a service desk)
Drive Pipeline & Revenue
• Support the partner sales motion end to end - sourcing, qualifying, and moving deals
• Partner with internal teams to unblock and accelerate revenue
Keep the Numbers Honest (Basic Analytics & Reporting)
• Maintain partner trackers and account reports - keep the data clean and current
• Pull simple insights from account data to flag risks and expansion opportunities
• Get hands-on with AI/automation tools for basic self-reporting
Learn the Full Cycle
• Train as a full-cycle operator - sales + account management + light support + analytics
• Absorb how a high-velocity GTM function actually runs, then make it your own
The Growth Path
• Months 1-6: Ramp on the core PAM motion - partner onboarding, account management, retention & expansion, pipeline support, and reporting - under close mentorship.
• On conversion: Strong performers convert to full-time Partner Account Managers, each independently owning a partner book and contributing directly to Spyne’s $2M+
Partnerships LARR target.
• A year out: A ramped, self-driven PAM carrying your own portfolio - a core pillar of a scaling Partnerships team.
What You Bring
• A degree (or final year) in Business, Engineering, or a related field - top-tier institute a plus
• 0-2 years of experience; internships in sales, account management, partnerships, or consulting are a bonus
• Strong communication and relationship instincts - comfortable owning a conversation
• Analytical, data-comfortable, and quick to pick up AI/automation tools for self-reporting
• High ownership and hunger to learn fast, move fast, and own outcomes end-to-end
• Available to join ASAP, on-site in Gurugram, full-time for the 6-month program
