What are we looking for?
As Spyne scales its US GTM motion across products, segments, and deal sizes, Revenue Operations becomes a critical growth lever.
The RevOps Manager will partner closely with the US Revenue Leader and cross-functional teams to bring forecast rigor, pipeline visibility, and operational consistency across the revenue funnel.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and GTM, and is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data, systems, and business judgment to drive revenue outcomes at scale.
What you will do?
Pipeline & CRM revenue unlocks
Own CRM workflows, stages, required fields, and overall pipeline hygiene
Identify hidden revenue opportunities: revive stalled deals, flag at-risk opps early, and improve stage conversions
Build deal inspection routines, alerts, and nudges that help reps move deals forward
Forecasting & Revenue Cadence
Run weekly pipeline and forecast reviews for the US GTM motion
Improve forecast accuracy through clear definitions, data discipline, and leading indicators
Deliver visibility on pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales cycle trends, and win/loss insights
High - Intent Qualification (Process + Tooling)
Implement lead and account scoring based on intent signals (engagement, enrichment, inbound behavior)
Define and enforce MQL → SQL → SAO criteria with Marketing and Sales
Monitor speed-to-lead, routing accuracy, and qualification outcomes
Expansion with Customer Success (Upsell / Cross- sell)
Instrument expansion signals (usage, adoption, health, milestones) and convert them into pipeline
Build repeatable plays for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell; track and optimize outcomes
Deal Support & Governance
Support deal structuring, pricing, and discount approvals with Sales and Finance
Balance deal velocity with margin discipline using lightweight guardrails and clean approvals
Cross - Functional GTM Alignment
Act as the operating hub across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and RevEng
Translate GTM priorities into metrics, dashboards, and operating rhythms (weekly reviews, QBRs, exec reporting)
Support new product and packaging launches with CRM readiness, tracking, and reporting
What you must have?
4–7 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, Strategy, or related roles in B2B SaaS
Exposure to US sales motions and complex deal cycles
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on comfort across CRM, forecasting, and revenue reporting
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
Willingness to work US hours onsite in Gurgaon
