Role Overview
As a Product Onboarding / Implementation Manager, you will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for dealership customers - ensuring a fast, frictionless transition from contract to go-live. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to translate complex AI products into simple, value-driven outcomes for customers.
This role is critical to converting pipeline into live revenue and long-term customer success.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and drive end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new customers, from kickoff to successful go-live
  • Act as the primary point of contact for dealerships during onboarding, setting clear timelines, expectations, and success metrics
  • Configure and launch Spyne’s AI solutions including:
  • Visual merchandising workflows (AI backgrounds, 360 spins, videos)
  • AI Sales & Service Voice Agents and VoIP integrations
  • Partner closely with Sales for smooth handovers and with Product/Engineering to resolve implementation dependencies
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and blockers—and drive them to closure
  • Educate customers on product capabilities, best practices, and operational workflows
  • Track onboarding health, timelines, and readiness using structured reporting and RAG status
  • Capture customer feedback and implementation insights to influence product improvements and process automation
  • Continuously optimize onboarding playbooks to improve speed, quality, and scalability

What We’re Looking For
  • 4 - 8 years of experience in Product Onboarding, Implementation, Customer Success, or Technical Account Management in a SaaS environment
  • Strong experience working with B2B customers, ideally in Automotive, Martech, Adtech, or AI-driven platforms
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products in simple, business-oriented terms
  • Proven track record of managing multiple implementations simultaneously with tight timelines
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—both internal and external
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-scaling environment
  • Experience with CRM, onboarding tools, or project management platforms is a plus

Nice to Have
  • Exposure to AI products, automation, or voice/telephony systems
  • Experience working with automotive dealerships or dealer groups
  • Startup or high-growth SaaS experience
