About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media & AI Content Intern who understands not just what goes viral, but why it goes viral. This role is for someone who is naturally curious, obsessed with learning, and constantly asks "why" and "how." Someone who doesn't wait for instructions, but actively identifies opportunities, solves problems, experiments with new ideas, and moves fast. You'll work closely with the Brand, Content, Design, and Growth teams to build and scale our social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You'll leverage AI tools, content intelligence, and audience insights to create engaging content that drives awareness, engagement, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Execution:
- Understand platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content psychology across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Create, edit, and publish high-performing short-form content including TikToks, Reels, Shorts, carousels, stories, and social-first videos.
- Develop compelling captions, hooks, post copy, and storytelling formats tailored to each platform.
- Manage the social media calendar and ensure consistent execution across channels.
- Monitor content performance and continuously optimize based on engagement and audience insights.
AI - Powered Content Creation:
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, CapCut AI, and other emerging AI platforms to accelerate content creation and ideation.
- Leverage AI for content research, scripting, trend analysis, audience insights, creative testing, and content repurposing.
- Experiment with new AI workflows that improve speed, creativity, and content output quality.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and identify opportunities to integrate them into our brand and marketing efforts.
Community & Brand Building:
- Engage with followers, prospects, customers, creators, and industry leaders across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and conversations in a timely and authentic manner.
- Support influencer, creator, and community-led initiatives.
Growth & Experimentation:
- Track content performance across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and derive actionable insights from analytics.
- Identify trends early and rapidly execute content opportunities.
- Run creative experiments and test new formats, hooks, and distribution strategies.
- Continuously seek ways to improve reach, engagement, and content effectiveness.
