Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst for our Customer Success team who will own the data and operating backbone of Customer Success at Spyne.ai.
Location: Gurgaon, Sector - 48
Timings: US Business Hours (06 PM - 03 AM)
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain automated data flows from CS Ops tools and other systems into Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards for day-to-day analysis.
- Build and own CS dashboards for leadership, covering ARR, churn/contraction, expansion, Account Health (RAG), onboarding, and support metrics across different LOBs within Spyne Customer Success Org.
- Work closely with Director - Customer Success at Spyne to partner with CSMs, Sales, Product, and Finance to align metric definitions, reconcile numbers, and turn data into clear, decision-ready insights.
- Support CS Leadership with recurring MIS packs and deep-dive analyses on churn drivers, contraction reasons, expansion potential, and CS Business performance.
Good-to-have skills
- Define and enforce CS data hygiene standards in Vitally, ensuring account data, health scores, renewal details, and risk flags are complete, timely, and reliable.
- Strong expertise in Excel, SQL, Python scripting, and dashboarding tools (Tableau / Power BI / Metabase).
- Metabase and Looker Studio
- An AI-first mindset with curiosity to explore how AI can enhance decision-making.
Ideal profile:
- 2–4 years in CS Ops / RevOps / Analytics in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Experience with CS platforms (Vitally/Gainsight/Planhat/etc.) and at least one BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Comfort working with APIs, data exports, and basic automation
- Structured thinker who can write clear metric definitions and is not afraid to hold CSMs accountable for data hygiene.
